To which countries do you ship?
At the present time we only ship to countries within
the European Union and to Scandinavia.
If you live anywhere else and still want to order from us, please send
us an e-mail to shipping@digimania.be.
 
Is it safe to order online?
When you purchase on-line at our site, your information
and payment details are sent to our server through an encrypted SSL
transmission, provided by Verisign and using the highest standard available
for e-commerce. Verisign is the world's leading certification provider
for securing communication through the Internet.
The Verisign certificate ensures that when you place
your order it is encrypted so that no one can intercept and read your
personal details and/or credit card number. It is now considered to
be "safe" for a buyer to purchase products on-line, as long as the SSL
encryption method is used. We aim to provide you with a safe and easy
on-line shopping experience.

Can I also fax or mail my order?
Should you however prefer not to order through our website,
we will gladly accept your order by fax or through regular mail. Just
follow the procedure by checking out and completing your order and you
will be given the option to either proceed with online payment or to
print your order and fax or mail it to us.

Should you prefer not to use your credit card on-line
or if you do not possess a credit card, you can also pay by sending
us a check or by bank transfer.
When paying, please mention the order number you received
in your mail confirmation. Your order will be shipped as soon as we
receive your payment. If, for any reason whatsoever, your order could
not be shipped, we will obviously reimburse you.
Please consider that, as we have to wait until we are
in possession of your payment before shipping, this payment solution
is obviously slower then when processing your payment on-line by credit
card.

What warranty do I get on the products I purchase
at Digimania?
We warrant our products to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material under normal use. The warranty period is defined by the manufacturer and in most cases will be valid for 2 years from the date of delivery. Please consult the manufacturer’s website for details or ask us about it.
Should you have any claim during the warranty period we will either replace or repair at our own judgment the spare parts or otherwise remedy to the defect.
In any case we will withhold your contractual rights as defined by Belgian law.

What is the return policy of Digimania?
According to the Belgian law related to commercial practices
dated July 14,1991, customers have the right to advise Digimania that
they renounce their purchase within 7 working days following the day
of delivery, on the condition that the products are returned undamaged
and in the undamaged original packaging and within a reasonable time
frame (7 working days after notification to Digimania). The cost of
returning the goods shall be entirely borne by the customer.

Please always mention your order number and the most convenient
way for us to contact you. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods
Digimania will either credit your credit card (if paid by credit card)
or bank account with the original price of the product.
Digimania cannot accept any returns of unsealed
software or other media and/or CD-ROMs.
 
How do I know if / when my order will be shipped?
All products available on the Digimania website are described
in good faith and as accurately as possible. The offers and prices are
valid for the day of the site consultation. All prices are VAT included.
Digimania cannot be held liable for errors contained in these offers.
The products that are presented on our site are on sale
within the limits of our stocks' availability. Digimania keeps accurate
stock of its products in order to deliver your orders as quickly as
possible. It may however occur that an article is out of stock. You
will then be quickly informed and you will be able to cancel your order
if you prefer.
Digimania cannot be held liable for any damages
stemming from the non-availability of an article.
 
What happens when I order a product that is out of
stock?
After placing an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation
with your order number and the estimated delivery time. You will receive
another e-mail when your order has been shipped, when it is expected
to reach you and the shipping tracking information.
When your ordered products are in stock, we will be able to ship within
24 hours. Destinations in the Benelux will usually receive their order
within 1 or 2 days, other European destinations may take as long as
1 week to be delivered.
We currently do not have an order status page where
you can track your order in real-time but we are working on it and hope
to soon provide you with this tool.
 
Which tribunal has jurisdiction should a dispute
arise?
All disputes arising are governed in accordance to the
Belgian law and only the courts of the Brussels judiciary territory
have jurisdiction.
